2. General

The users are automatically bound by the Terms of Use in force at the time they access the Site and must, therefore, read the Terms of Use from time to time.
Users accept that they are responsible for the way they use the Site, its services and content. Additionally, users will be liable before the Instituto and/or third parties for any damages caused as a result of the infringement of these Terms of Use and the applicable law.
3. Site availability and accessibility
The Company will not be responsible against users in the event that the access and use of the Site contravene legislation that may result applicable to users. In this regard, the user is responsible to comply with the applicable regulations when accessing and using the Site.
The Site has a private area. The user is the sole responsible to safe the credentials for accessing its private area in full compliance with the obligations of confidentiality. In this respect, the user undertakes to inform Instituto, as soon as it is aware, of the credential loss, as well as of any non-authorized access to such private area.
Instituto will not be liable before users for damages arising from the use of the current Site, nor for any action carried out based on the information provided in it.
Instituto shall not be liable for any security breaches or disconnections that may occur, nor for any damage caused to the user's device (hardware and software) or to any files and documents stored in it, as a result of the user's device having a virus. Additionally, Instituto shall not be liable for any browser malfunction or for the use of any outdated versions of the browser.

The Instituto does not condone the practice of "spamming". 8. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
Any disagreement, claim or dispute regarding interpretation, execution and/or resolution of these Terms of Use will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
